I have a diverse sneaker collection and liked these from the get go. Took L on silver and black then manager to hit on Magnet. Go true to your NB size… they are snug at first but then mould to feet and super comfy. You don’t want heal slip.

Here's my take: We thought the same thing when Yeezy Foams took off, now we don't bat an eye when we see someone wearing them. I think people figured out how convenient and comfy they were for any situation. I can see the draw for the 1906L because I find myself always grabbing whatever pair of shoes is the quickest to put on. Right now the Vapormax Moc Roam is my most worn shoe out of the 70+ pairs of shoes I own just because of how easy it is to wear. I don't think the 1906L is the best looking, but neither is the Moc Roam.

What's really crazy and wild isn't these sneakers, it's the fact that NBs cost $400, and that 574s that used to cost around $50-70 are now $120-130, with Nike having stopped pushing their own sneakers into stores and investing all in online shopping has increased the popularity of all other brands because people find them in stores, so their prices have skyrocketed.

I love how polarizing these are. I was lucky enough to pick these up on the New Balance site on release day which I feel like never happens. I went down half a size because I treated them closer to a loafer than a sneaker and you want loafers to fit snug at first and break in over time and I feel like these have done that. They’re a very versatile pair that definitely take a lot of style experience to work into a fit.

These are for that person who wants to wear comfortable looking sneakers to the work site. They also don't want to be too streetwear. I feel like it's the perfect blend for someone who's a sneakerhead but also has a professional job. The look is not something most sneakerheads are used to. Are the hideous ?
