These are pretty weird aircraft. We agree with you on that one. We'd have to say, though, that the EA-7 is an actual aircraft, which flys somewhere in Germany. Still, it's interesting to see. Keep up the good work.

The EA-7 was originally made by a company in the UK called Edgeley, and it was designed as an airborne observation aircraft for the British Police, as it had an incredibly quiet ducted fan, low loitering speed, and better vision than a helicopter.

The EA-7 was used in a 1989 movie called Slipstream. That's where I remember seeing it. The movie starred Mark Hamill but was a complete flop.

The lake skipper similarly as the Caspian sea monster, the Caspian sea monster was a soviet hydrophone styled vehicle. It would cruise a meter or two above water at high speeds. ( I might have gotten some information wrong, as I got then from my own knowledge )

EA-7 is a real plane. The ducted fan is pretty quiet and efficient. The plane was meant to have helicopter like visibility while being highly fuel efficient and low maintenance.

If you want an actual weird plane try the J7W Shinden I'm not entirely sure if it's in Microsoft flight sim but it was made during WWII for a short time by Japan specifically made too look like a reverse plane

the reason you cant fly higher in the lake skipper is probably because it was an ekranoplan type aircraft that can only travel on water
