@EverydayASunday4 жыл бұрын
Or the antagonist them-self, in the midst of deceiving the protagonist they find themselves falling in love one for the purity and innocence those fond eyes looked toward them with, while the other for the mystery Anatacious hold in every gracious move. As if bewitched by the evil Portia follows, with every sway under the preying masked eyes the duo got closer and closer to one another before the chaos befall on them both. Their roles destined for the one night lovers a forever of agony. Allowing the curse to subdue once every hundred years, swaying with the shrieking, wailing of their peoples as their melody, under the moon surrounded by bloody roses as their witnesses.

This makes me imagine sitting in the woods on a tree stump, book in hand, fae dance to the sound of the music that echoed from a mysterious creature in the woods, you sway to the music as you read your book and the creatures in the forest surround you, dancing and having a good time, you watch from behind your book so you don't startle any of them. Now that, that sounds like something that would be totally awesome to see and watch, they think you are oblivious but you really aren't.

She couldn't help but chuckle to herself as she waltzed. Here she was, A vampire waltzing with an 8ft mass of muscle and fur. It's almost a setup to a lousy joke. Still it was nicer than the alternative, which was tearing each other apart. It was cute to see him try, his feet clumsily following her own as they all but hovered over the ballroom floor. “Hey now, you're doing fine" She reassured him “Keep those big eyes on me, and follow my lead~" His amber eyes gazed into her blood red one's, his filled with worry, hers containing only amusement. ‘What did I get myself into...?' he thought to himself, for the night had just begun, and he still had to figure out how to use a fork.

slightly reminds me of waltz of the bone king, but it has an almost totally different vibe. Bone King felt very fun and childlike, very filled with wonder. Weirdos Waltz has a similar innocent vibe, however it feels more sinister. And oddly enough, it feels a bit like an ending. Or, rather, both an ending and a beginning. I like to think that Weirdos Waltz is the spiritual successor to Waltz of the Bone King. Bone King feels like your childhood, and Weirdos Waltz feels like childhood is ending, and you're beginning the transition into adulthood. But maybe I'm looking too far into it and seeing what I want to see. Still, fantastic pieces, the both of them! Love this piece!
