When a Catholic would become king the protestants would be persecuted, tortured and killed, when a protestant king would take over the thrown the same would happen, let's not forget that it was under a catholic king that the Irish were enslaved and murdered as well as raped by the English, the Irish speaking their native language was an act punishable by death and there are accounts of children being caught speaking it and being forced to light a bed on fire with their parents bound to it, recreational torture of Irish slaves was also popular. It's important to understand that God isn't coming back for catholics, God isn't coming back for protestants, God is coming back for the true Christians, the ones that have obeyed his commandments and been obedient to him. Also any martyrs be they saved or not cannot do anything in death, in the Bible it plainly says when you die you either go to heaven or hell, to be rewarded or to face punishment. Christians are only human and any power we have was granted to us by God to be used to fight against the evils of Satan, in death we no longer intercede in earthly affairs as we are no longer in danger of Satan.

Just watched this after e new encounter with the Holy Spirit watching the Asbury Encounter. I can't help but notice similarities- he was a student at Christian College- he cancels his classes and goes out to search, pray and preach. There was an emphasis on worship and the people involved were very humble souls. The woman who didn't want to speak needed encouragement to do so. No one was wealthy.
