The first free ascent of the West Face of Sentinel, in Yosemite Valley, by Kevin Jorgeson and Ben Rueck. The 1,600 foot route - first climbed by Tom Frost and Yvon Chouinard in 1960 - was the third big wall climbed in America, and remains one of the true classics in world rock climbing.
