@HiredGoonage Keep lifting. I can tell you what supplements are good to take that build muscle fast so long as you are nicer to the people on this sight. Jack White is as good on the guitar now as Jimmy Page was when he was ten but Jack White is an awesome song writer and singer (watch when he did Loving Cup with the Rolling Stones and maybe you'll at least hate him less).
