The use of heartbeat sounds to indicate that someone is dead is so clever since normally, a heartbeat indicates life and hope but in this story I only feel despair when I hear it

I listen to lots of podcasts and I have to say that The White Vault together with Liberty and Vast Horizon are definitely my favourites. Actually I’ve been re- listening the Liberty episodes for 3 times now. The White Vault is so good because the story is creative and the voice acting is amazing. Also the actors speaking different languages makes the story even more real.

Why does Liu sound like a robot? Is she a shape-shifter or the real deal? She's so monotone I would think if a was saved from the dark in a cave up in the mountains by a rescue team shed have a little more emotion lol

Spoiler - While Graham is certainly my favorite character of the story, this one is on his head. Dude should have realized that girl sounds exactly like a skinwalker after the first sentence she spoke.

Yo, i grew up in the countryside and had it hammered into my head from an early age that spiders are our friends because they take all the insects. When Simon said "Reimy can kill his own spiders from now on" I was like "okay, I was on your side, Simon, but you deserve to die now" lol. Jk, I still love Simon, but that was close to unforgivable to me, ngl.

@@FoolScholarProductions They truly are! Thank you for the enjoyable series! Season 1 and 2 are my personal favs. Really love the almost lovecraftian incomprehensiveness of it all. How you feel like this is not meant to be something humans understand in the same way an ant isn't supposed to understand human geopolitics. All that said, I feel like all Simon's former spider victims recieved their justice with the level of mangling that poor boy went through. Maybe a little too much justice. Have a nice day!

A Vox In the Void has some great original stories (though usually stand alone episodes). 90% is Warhammer 40k based though, so it depends if you're into that sort of thing. This is particarly good though
