Not many fans know that this feud stems from simple jealousy. Brad and Denny raced together as rookies in the Truck series in 2004. Fast forward to 2006 and Denny is Rookie of the year and winning cup races and Brad is still stuck in the Truck Series with a low budget team. Fast Forward to 2008: Brad finally gets a full-time ride with Hendrick but by this time Gibbs Toyotas are dominating the nationwide series making his ride at Hendrick 2nd tier. If you watch closely, Brad always races Hamlin and Busch harder than anyone else. In his mind these two were given much better opportunities, for the same amount of talent. Simple jealousy.

+David Stewart unless you know the people, you can't make a generalization like that. I've had dealings with all three. Take Busch out of it because he drove for Hendrick in Cup because he convinced him Roush was holding him back (same as Gordon, and Schrader except in those cases it was the Ford program he took them from too soon.) And jealous? Brad had his own successful career path going. Rick Crawford's owner came along and low-balled K-Automotive's sponsorship deal.

Regarding 2011, Brad outperformed Denny but I wouldn't say he has a better ride, JGR is probably in the top 3 best teams while Penske is 4th or 5th. The Miller Lite car might be more popular than the FedEx car though.
