Thank you for quarantining your fish--it makes your company a lot more trustworthy than others these days.

It is true. So many people give up on the hobby or struggle to be in the hobby because they are sold sick fish or very stressed fish, that often don't survive. It is really nice to know that your company takes the time to ensure the fish are healthy and destressed this is precious. Keep it up, guys!

DEFINITELY keep Stephanie making helpful videos! She will get used to it eventually. Knowledge is key to survive in this hobby, and her experience is very beneficial to all of us in KZbin land!!!

So cool to see this video! I emailed you guys about something yesterday and got a response like “I asked our fish girl.” This makes more sense, that is her preferred title. 🙂

I’m doing research on online retailers for fish. I live in a rural area. So limited on options for fresh water fish. I love that you quarantine and medicate fish as needed. I’m setting up a new planted 75 gallon and a separate quarantine tank. Highly considering your company as a fish source. 😊

Great video. I do have a question though. What or how are you cycling the tank? I was going to set one up and just fill it with water from my display tank every time needed. That way it would be cycled. Is that a good idea?

So if I purchase from Flip, do I really need to quarantine w/meds? I would think just leaving the lights off and stress coat (in a schooling community tank / non-aggressive) would be sufficient to minimize initial stress? thanks, great video!!

Fish , like almost everything on this earth get sick. People buying fishing should buy the tools needed before hand. Simple rules for success.
