Question: cfi physical weight is greater then the seat limit of a R22 which causes the weight limitation to be bumps up to an R44 which cost more per hour. Should the student have to pay the extra cost because the cfi is over weight, when student wants to stay in a R22?

The instructor can't fly overweight. You can choose another flight school.

Had you known the weight and balance were off on your R44 would you dump fuel or people?

You can offload fuel, or passengers yes!

I’m old-school too but you know once you start using it like you said there are nothing like it so fast so accurate no reason not to do it
