A big part of me kind of wanted this to be a silent movie, because the teaser did a wonderful job of conveying the story with zero dialogue (disregarding the one sentence) 😅 I guess it’s fine

In the book the robot learns how animals speak over several chapters but since this is a movie they had to condense it down

@@sovietpowersupereme6231I’m aware of that, yeah. It’s just the first trailer showed that they had the capacity to convey the story without words. In fact, if Roz learned the language but we didn’t as the audience that would make for an interesting challenge for them to tell the story wordlessly

@@Cameramanthepro I know, it’s just that the first trailer did a great job of telling us the entire story without dialogue. If you watch the trailer on mute, you can still get a decent understanding of what’s going on. Plus, it’s the ‘How To Train Your Dragon’ people making this movie. They’re no strangers to drastically changing stuff for the sake of the story 😂
