Might be exaggerating but the Revenant Collector low key seems like the key to revitalizing the entire wilderness. I wouldn't be surprised if green dragons with Web Weaver bow and Avarice in the slayer dungeon was 2m+/h

I dont even PK and multi-revs was easily the most fun I've ever had in OSRS bar none. It was a great place for anyone to get together with their friends and just hope to land PKs that were actually worth something, and the chaos factor was huge - absolute blast. Modern revs are trash - it's 99.999% bots, so pking is mundane, and killing the revs is just outright boring - they are just so spread out you spend half your time waiting around for respawns. It should be the OG rev style - crazy rewards for killing them, and crazy risk while doing it.

I really hope something like this comes to OSRS. I would finally have a reason to come back! Multi Revs was the most fun I ever had playing osrs. I would mostly duo and trio pk and we did great even with the organized Venny clans.

Hope the multi revs idea goes through just wish it was a simple cave like the old caves. I miss hopping and killing pvmers finding small teams and fighting big clans. I was in the clan you showed in the opening clip (jaja)

I avoided old revs like the plague you go out with 1 item and smack the imps for slayer and 20 ppl jump on you less than 2 minutes from arrival

Anything that requires a high agility is content that I will unfortunately never do. Getting high agility is just not something I plan on ever doing in this game unless training the skill somehow becomes way less tedious. I somehow managed to get 85 on my ironman over the years, a lot of which is from lamps and quest xp, but for obvious reasons I wouldn't be pking on that account. Let me tell you, there's now way I'll ever be getting a second account that high to pk on it. I really hope that jagex does not lock any pvp content behind agility, nor even add shortcuts that players can escape pkers with like they did in the rev caves. It just takes so much of the fun out of it for those of us who don't want to waste literally hundreds of hours mindlessly running laps.

Honestly I really like the idea of reverting the singles pj timer but only above the deep wildy fence. I generally only pk solo so the pj timer benefited me but it’s a fact that it also killed activity. This way everyone could hopefully be happy. The only possible negative is that it’s more inconsistency in how different areas of the wilderness/PvP work, but that’s a small price to pay for reviving activity while not killing solo pking.

Great video and when it comes to the rev collector, do you think a requirement of hard diary obtained for a reward would be good to prevent the bots from crashing prices? Not hard requirements to reach that diary but does benefit those around 90-115 compared to those 70-85 bots.

I quite often pk all over the wilderness, I'm very bad, but its such a fun aspect to the game. It would be a very welcome change, and would bring old players back and new players into the wilderness.

there would have to be some form of spec timer, which there was in the past, but with the 6 dose flasks I think you could still have conventional clanning at mage bank. I definitely see your point tho the powercreep is insane

Yeah tweak some existing content aswell. Maybe 10k gp per lap at wildy agility or add rare drops at rouge chests. Somehow make resource arena more viable. Double resources or xp from skilling there or something. Random wilderness boss spawn events alerted jn chat across the world. Most damaged delt to boss awards green skull +10-20% dmg in pvp and pvm.

I really like the idea of making the wilderness more active, but I feel as though this would run into the same issue that the old cave had. I just hope that if they do decide to push this update, they have some way to combat what had happened before so that this doesn’t get reworked after being good content for a while. Great video btw, was very concise.

Just make Anything above Level 10 to 48 Wilderness Multi combat Zones and then anything higher than the Members Gate Wilderness from Level 48-56 Wilderness Singles+ and then create the existence of Mage Arena 3 Mini quest where we can unlock Mage Arena Teleport spell and Teleport Tablet and maybe a new Armour or Equipments unlock for Pures and Med Levels. In order to combat bots in current rev cave just make it mandatory to finish Medium or Hard with 70 combat requirement to enter and minimum of 100K fees also. Once you are inside, The Wilderness Level automaticly becomes Level 56 so anyone from 70-126 combat can hit you. You will not be able to simply Teleport escape outside once you are inside Unless you have Killed someone recently in the past 30 seconds.

Some good ideas here. I started playing OSRS for first time after they introduced revs and I built my whole first account based on it. Started as a pvmer and moved to pvp. Was so fun and addictive

They should add wildy activities limited to certain worlds only as well imo. For example, a new boss that will only appear in 4 ir 5 worlds. This way it is a guaranteed hotspot and no need to world hop for kills

Multi revs was 100% some of the most fun iv'e ever had on OSRS. It's a shame that the behaviour of some have to ruin it for all though. Jagex had to make the change to singles but now years later it's in a bad state once again. I like the sound of having it multi combat but having difficult entry requirements and more risk. I also wonder how it would be if it was multi but only a max of 3-4 people were able to engage 1 target at a time, would this make it more difficult to lock down the caves?

i just wish there was a way to make doing tasks in the wildy possible while also being able to have a fair chance against a pker... its tough to win a fight when one side is only there to fight and the other isn't... but id LOVE to see more space for the clans to do their thing. I love watching OSRS videos, I feel almost everything oldschool no matter what it was, television, music, or video games.. all had their own time & uniqueness to them because of it being one of the first times games were coming out & having so much expansion, and didn't have all of these "advancements". I loved modern warfare CoD, and Halo. But when the newer games started to come out, I lost interest. As well as with having to buy the Xbox One; I felt like if that was the first new xbox they have had or came out with in I don't know how many years.. (because everyone just played Xbox 360) .. that if they came out with a new one (Xbox One) it'd be another one coming out not too long after that.. and I've still not 'til this day had an iPhone but now that i'm older, it seems to be the same way with the iPhone too. So i'm glad I didn't get trapped in all that because I miss a lot of the old games like Halo 3, Modern Warfare 2, as well as Runescape. I was never a big computer guy but was absolutely addicted to OSRS. Just tried coming back recently & got temp. / then perm. banned pretty much following that cuz they were saying I had 3rd Party Software on my laptop so whenever I would get online I felt like I would just get attacked by whatever bot detecting system they use because that is what was happening & now that I don't have my account, all I do is watch osrs videos. Mostly Odablock, so I definitely know you. I just think it's funny how blatant & obvious some of these bots are in places you can easily find that just go un-touched (people who are actually botting) and then people like me that just get banned for no reason. I literally don't watch t.v., or movies, or anything really I loved the hell out of Osrs, did everything legit. Never botted a single thing or ever even thought about it, I got every single xp drop legit & loved doing so cuz I always wanted to have a good account. Osrs is the only game i'd play if I had the chance, really had the urge to start an ironman but i really don't want to put all that effort and time into an account that can just get banned all out of the blue.

Not a PKer here but I can definitely feel the underwhelming amount of love the PvP community gets. I think the idea of a higher risk higher reward rev island is perfect and mixing in sailing/ other skills to give advantages is a good idea for slowing down the bot farms

Love everything in this video except the last part i don't think mage bank was ever muti combat so i don't think it was the brothers vision idk where you got that idea from however i do agree wholeheartedly that the deep wilderness needs alot of love like imagine a world boss that is massive and randomly spawns in the deep wilderness similar to shooting stars but no way to track it this would have player's constantly in the deep wilderness trying to find it creating lots of pvp interactions

@@TrendK1ller I dont have "RS" friends so that makes it hard thanks i want to learn but the furthest i go is to F2P as the risk vs rewards/fun is lower. Its a difficult one i have been playing since '06 but pking was never my thing. Would be cool to learn how to at least attempt anti PK i think mostly players avoid it as the pkers now days are just much better then the "normal pvmer" so whats the point. I remember the days of P0T UP S0N / DEFI3LD or what ever it was more fun then. It was more just about the fun vs skill.
