As a kid who loved nature, I grew up watching Sea Hunt, Voyage to the Bottom of the Sea, Jacques Cousteau, and Nat Geo. Now, as grown man of some years, who still loves nature very much, I truly believe what you two are doing beats them all! Nothing scripted. Nothing fake. Just great stuff!

A wonderful series gang, and your cinematography and editing has really matured as well. I do miss Frans dialogue, but I’m sure she has her reasons for backing off the commentary. I’ve just finished my research project, off the boat for the last time🥺 Now to write everything up, peer review and publish… This was my last adventure as I am retiring soon, but it nice to know that you two will carry on and inspire others, maybe find a marine project that interests you also. That spot you are camping(North Western Australia) is the most dangerous in the world for Salt water Crocks and with Nile river, Egypt. Two creatures eat men, Salt water crocks and hammer head sharks!

I find it amazing and very helpful that you can preserve food that you catch for lean times. Especially in such a small boat. Have you tried smoking it on the beach? You don't need vinegar for that and its quite a difference in flavours.

Some of you viewers need to pay attention - this series is a re-run from a couple of years ago, so Fran not saying much is how it was then. Also regarding not spearfishing - they are travelling a coastline that is crawling with crocodiles!! Strick and Fran, this is/was a great series. Fabulous cinematography and editing. Only one thing - I’m still mourning the loss of the black bikini - it really suited Fran.

Hi guys love your KZbin shows I live and work at the Talbert bay horizontal fall for 4 years and a little over 30 years ago and had the great furniture off meet M Douglas in the 90s . If you travel back you should take a look at Strickland bay king sound I also live and work there for 4 to 5 year pearling . Happy tracking guy keep it up
