i got 15 dc from round 2.... but no matter what i do, i DO NOT get 48 dc for round 3.... at you sure there should be 48?
@aimeecortez58994 ай бұрын
@@diamondsandlipgloss you should get 15 dc + the 3ch (that counts as a dc) in round 1. Then in round 2 you double it, so you have (32). Then in round three you add 1 every 2 stitches, so it becomes 16x3=48.
@diamondsandlipgloss4 ай бұрын
@@aimeecortez5899 another comment said 48... this video is just not clear and it's wasting my time because i've found someone else's video who counts each stitch after every round and i'm already half done... no thanks to THIS tutorial

I made it :) and I would love to make "a whole darn blanket" but wonder if anyone knows whether I can then join the squares as I go? Or do I have to sow them together one and one?

I’ve done this a few times and keep messing up where others are. I need to see if I can verify the stitch counts at the end of each row to make sure I’m doing it right
@leftiecrocheter27 күн бұрын
It took me a few times to get the counts right. I was using a 4 weight yarn and a 4 mm hook. I appreciate the tutorial very much and will use it again but will make notes about the stitches for each round since they are crucial for the outcome.
