I spent the last month in my hometown, Lipari in the Aeolian Islands, filming the everyday life (almost everyday because it was super hot with 45°C). This is such a beautiful place and has a special and unique vibe that is difficult to describe. Maybe this video will give you a little idea about where I come from and I hope you like it as much as I enjoyed creating it. Ciao!

I love Zeiss lenses - the 50mm 1.4 really shined on the Lumix S5, my favorite lens is the 25mm f2.0 ZF zeiss - great work on this! Btw I make short movies. Just filmed a cinematic one covering my journey traveling around the US and Europe the last 6 months. I'd be grateful if you could stop by Luca thank you! :)

Because of your videos, it made me decide to buy this lens and the 50 mm makro planar. Looking forward for a cinematic video with the 50mm makro planar. Great one as always. Cheers! BTW, would you pick up the planar 50mm 1.4 over the F2 as your go to lens?

Thanks! I like them both...the 50mm f1.4 has more of an artistic character if used wide open, while the 50mm makro is a cleaner lens. Cheers!

Hey Luca Bono what is your favorite color science? The image from the S1 or the S5. I'm just curios if there is any noticeable difference between sharpness and color science.

Hi! The S1 has better image quality, because it has less noise with the second gain of the ISO. Both cameras are sharing the same color science. Cheers!
