The Winston Bridge Spitfire Story

We share the legendary 1988 Spitfire flight beneath Winston Bridge, just beneath St Andrew's Church spanning the River Tees. This specially commissioned video includes specific commentary and anecdotes from the pilot's daughter Sarah Hanna, contemporary drone footage and archive material.
Part of our purpose is sharing how proud we are of our local area and connecting both those who attend church as well as those who reside generally within the community with our history.
