Making Chat Censoring a toggle is a MASSIVE win, it was one of my biggest gripes about Bedrock edition. Having it enabled by default with no way to turn it off was excruciating (I literally couldn’t write ‘Tavern’ on a sign)

2 main bugs still not fixed on the bedrock edition with the creaking and creaking heart. #1 Creaking hears on bedrock do not generate as frequently as Java. #2 Bedrocks Creaking has this strange delay when attacking the player for the first time.

whats crazy is that even though the winter drop is done, thanks to our new update model we could literally get more pale garden features very soon just cause drops can vary so much in size, they could straight up add white pumpkins to the pale garden like a few weeks after the winter drop as it doesnt matter how big a update size is anymore and could literally be one feature🙂

They won't. This is mojang under Microsoft. They bloat the game with unfinished biomes that don't incentivise you to come back to them after experiencing them once. I hope it happens, but I doubt that it will.

I do like the winter drops features as a concept, but I feel like just adding more relatively shallow features in drops instead of giving existing features more uses is a mistake IMO. Giving older features more utility would please everyone I think

I think the plant textures have changed per biome so if you have a tall grass in a field it will be bright green then if you were in a savanna biome it would have like brownish tan tips or something if thats not what it is than sorry but its not a bad idea but i think it is something already for the grass but they just get less green but i do know thar the stems of flowers have always been the classic Minecraft green so maybe that is what could have changed was the stems to flowers

I'm glad Mojang has gotten away from the once-a-year big update, and has decided to release features when they are done working on them. The themed updates were ok, but I didn't really see the point in making players wait months for features that were finished, or putting pressure on their development teams to hit that "big update" deadline. I wouldn't doubt if, for past updates, developers abandoned ideas/features because they didn't have enough time to complete them.

I'ma be honest. I'm ironically more excited for the ability to pause in singleplayer than the entire Pale Garden. I don't know what it is. The fact that the pale garden is still an unbaked idea that still has plenty of concepts that can be explored? I’m genuinely extremely confused with some of the decisions they made with this drop. Specifically: -Making resin only for building (and armor trims I guess). We already had the wood set, and resin was the perfect opportunity to have some other incentive to go to the biome, yet they basically said: “here you can get some cool building blocks, but if you come at night, and interact with a creepy mob, you can get… more building blocks!” -They let the warden be able to counter pillaring up, but not the creaking? Why? -They were aware of how you could trap players in a hole with a creaking and they fixed that, yet it never crossed their minds that the creaking by itself can be trapped in the same way? Especially when the fact that the creaking already “teleports” when forced out of range of its heart gives an easy solution to both this and previous point. -They heard people wanting the creaking’s damage to be increased, yet they only increased it by half a heart. I think a downside of the new update system is that it feels as if there’s less time for community suggestions to get through before the finishing touches are added.

The only reason Microsoft not Mojang Microsoft made bedrock, and discontinued legacy is because money and greed from the marketplace they got rid of the legacy edition which has way more features besides all updates post legacy death and works and runs way better than bedrock and way more fun is because of greed and desire to have more money and not pay another studio, this is a mobile edition game ported to console.

Honestly, this is incredibly disappointing. All that this adds is some decorative blocks and a new mob that can’t really do much for you. I was REALLY hoping that we’d be able to use resin to craft a useful and unique item. It wouldn’t even have to be too useful, even just something that was SLIGHTLY useful, like the spyglass or the recovery compass, would have satisfied me. But no. Granted, there’s a small chance that a future update will add a non-decorative use for resin later on. But that chance is now MUCH more slim. I honestly have zero desire to go seek out the new biome. I’m not much of a builder, so this update has nothing to offer me. OH, and BY THE WAY, they actually REMOVED a useful feature instead: They patched a bug that’s been in the game for about a decade that allowed you to both sneak and sprint at the same time. This was my FAVORITE secret technique that almost NOBODY knows about, which I discovered on my own, and now it’s getting removed after being in the game for so long. So, actually, I’m not even going to UPDATE my game! Cuz if I did that, it would remove more useful features than it adds!!
