小莉，冬瓜可以切成小塊然後熬煮成冬瓜糖，冬瓜糖在煮水變成冬瓜茶很退火的，但是要用很多冬瓜才能熬煮成糖，煮好了放在模器裏，晾涼了就可以切成小塊方便保存

Wax gourds way too heavy, I don't know how you two got them back to the house. Our little chef describes cooking techniques just like an adult. She is going to be a very good chef one day. 小莉，first time I saw you put on gloves! Yr winter melons are much bigger to what I planted...I HV big ones as 8kg but our harvest are not in that way. We harvest quite young. My this season harvested more than 30 with two vines only but we're around 2-3 kgs per melon. Your 一可。。。wow first time I saw him sitting straight...wonderful...
