We need to stop apologizing for colonialism. It never would have happened if the natives had done anything with their own lands and resources resembling any sort of civilization. Even today, whenever economic and industrial investment is not present, they backslide into the kind of primitive hunter-gatherer lifestyle that anthropologists love to study so they can understand what primordial mankind was like 200,000 years ago. I don't see it here, so I have no idea whether it went through or just got lost in the ether. Anyway, the gist of it was that I said nothing about race-mixing, and the "Chosen People" should have been expelled everywhere they tried to introduce slavery before the practice could be instituted, because it directly leads to today's situation where we now face extinction in our lands.
