It was clearly submunitions/cluster munitions. And it clearly wasn't a warzone like other spreaders claim. Not falling debris, cluster munitions.

The biggest influence in Africa is Jesus Christ. Young Africans attend church at twice the rate their grandparents did (about 70% attend regularly in sub-Saharan Africa). This has been the greatest revival the world has ever seen. In a continet of 1.45 billion people with an average age of 19, it is moving quickly to become more and more strategically important. The young middle class is well educated, globally connected, speaks English and believes in traditional family, faith community, and abhores corruption. Be encouraged Americans! Africa is your best friend and is here for you in your time of need. God bless from Africa.

@razgriz1258 Much of Africa is growing very quickly... 4 - 8%... Kenya, Rwanda, Ghana, Mauritius. South Africa may come out of a long period of corruption into something new... let's see. Africa has 55 countries... some are exemplary others are disasters. In the end, the ones that are working are those where faith is active, creating virtue which drives a healthy growth in entrepreneurial spirit.
