I've recently discovered that that AIPAC has a " advisor" in every congress person's office to tell them what the concerns of Isreal are. Congressman Massey said. Who are you & what do you do?? Then relieved this person of thier posted position. This garners much respect from me so I'm also saddened to hear of her untimely passing.

The overturning of the Chevron Doctrine is huge. Federal Agencies have been using that to essentially make their own rules for decades. The ruling will essentially hamstring out-of-control federal agencies by forcing them to say within the laws passed by Congress and "err on the side of caution" when interpreting those laws.

We hope. We see the Executive acting by fiat, and the use of EOs and a pen. Nothing reeling that in (yet). We need a bedrock case (say, an Art V convention) to get the Rule of Law, 'The Constitution means this, and only this', and return to Republic form of governance, instead of what we have. We need a Cicero...

Massie was the only congressman or senator who refused to have an AIPAC "handler" by his own admission. This was recently revealed by Massie during an interview with Tucker Carlson...no longer than a week ago.......hoping that's just a tragic coincidence.

Mk 82 aren't larger by the way, they are "just" 500 lb. ISR has been using 1000 lb Mk 83 and 2000 lb Mk 84 based JDAMs and the like in Gaza. The thing is that their F-15 can put more of those Mk 82 or their JDAM variants on the aircraft than Mk 83 or Mk 84, allowing for more targets bombed during a mission.

@S2Underground the big case was actually the SEC case. The 7th amendment mean in your right to a jury trial can be challenged in all courts now. That's everything from IRS to traffic court, child support, etc...
