Wonderful interview. I just love Sheryl Paul's work. She has normalised anxiety for me.

You mention the name of a conscious relationship therapist and an author who writes books about plants and herbalism... What are the names of these people? I wasn't able to catch them. Thank you for the moving interview. You both are truly eloquent and thoughtful and your conversation flows so naturally. I feel very validated.

I totally disagree with the point she makes around the 5 minute mark about how we’re all wired to feel all kinds of emotions and so when something feels off, it’s a myth we have to look for the cause to try and “fix” it. As if it’s a cultural box to feel peace. I personally think it’s very human, yes, to not always be in balance and feel harmony as life happens and as our inner worlds expresses itself, but when something feels off, it’s definitely not a myth you should be looking into it. You should. When something feels off, trust your natural intuition and instincts and don’t think it’s just a cultural thing to try and heal it.

I think there is a big difference between fixing yourself and healing yourself …
