Turning off anti-aliasing will help make the image more crisp. But turning down/off everything else aside from sharpness not only makes it MORE crisp, but I’ve also noticed it enhanced textures (2:39) and overall performance. Have you tried TW3 on Switch? Thoughts??

This for handheld mode what you described? So everything of sharpening on high? Have the switch OLED and want to play the game fully in handheld mode. BTW rocking the Mumba thunderbolt case this is imo one of the best cases

I played this (well, still playing tbh) on low settings. Runs well, looks good on portable and still enjoyable on the tv. Overall, a fun Switch experience.

I was convinced I wouldn't get this on switch until I found this video. I played this on PC and I really want to play again in handheld mode. I didn't even know this had graphics settings. I can deal with not so great/outdated graphics, but I can't deal with bad resolution or blurriness. Every other video must be playing on high settings, because it looks terrible. I pretty much only play in handheld mode, so if it looks good on the smaller screen, I am perfectly fine with the graphics being dumbed down.

My settings for both dock and portable gameplay is: 720p, bloom enable and everything else disable/off

This has been well known for a long time now. Thank goodness they updated the game and let us disable the graphics-destroying options like AA/Bloom.

everything off except for the sharpening which is set on high I actually tested it myself and indeed, with those settings the textures look better and it looks better overall compared to the "high" settings that only makes the game blurry

Is it just me or the framerates between the two are pretty much the same? If the framerate is unaffected by post-processing then I'd rather turn everything on, no?

I played it back when it originally launched. I loved it a lot. I think it has some of the best side quests of any game. The writing is superb. I ended up beating it and both expansions. With the switch version I am a few hours in. I don’t know if I’ll play through the whole game again because there’s so many new games on my plate right now! Haha
