I've just read the books the Uk edition. the translator for books 1 and 2 is better, though in 3rd pov their relationship is more distant. Game elevates it to a new height!

I've gotten this ending.... it doesn't make sense that Ciri would sacrifice her freedom for the throne. She values all of them, which is why she went into the tower portal that avilach opened. Excellent video, all the pathos is there

I agree that being an empress doesn't suit Ciri especially because she always wanted freedom. As you said, she values it. That's pretty clear in the game. And thank you for the compliment ;).

Jaykinsy I viewed her becoming a Witcher the best option for her. Her entire life ha seven about what her destiny is what everyone else wants from her. Geralt and Yen are the only ones who let her be who she wants to be. I find her becoming a Witcher the perfect path for Ciri because she actually chooses it. She tells destiny to go fuck itself and becomes who she wants to be.

Ciri the Empress is my favourite ending because it is bittersweet. It's not the happy-go-lucky Ciri grows up to be a witcher, it's the one of embracing what you are born to be but making the choice to be that person as well

Yeah for me too, the Witcher's ending is the real ending for many reasons. I think this ending is just a metaphor about growing old, assuming responsability will all the consequences that brings with it.

Depuis que j'ai commencé KZbin, j'ai toujours fait des vidéos pour moi ^^. L'avis des abonnés m'intéresse quand même car j'aime aussi faire plaisir aux gens qui ont décidé de me suivre. Durant 5 ans, j'ai joué sur MoH. Jamais un jeu ne m'avait tant occupé, du coup, souvent je me dit qu'il est peut-être temps de tourner la page et que les abonnés aussi finiront par en être lassés... Tu es sans doute l'exception qui confirme la règle ^^.
