Not to ruin it, but it actually seems like she’s ALREADY ready to grab you and choke you (like she does in her jumpscare), and pulls her hand away at the last second when she realizes that you “are” one of them. That just makes it more terrifying because it implies that they’ve really been planning how to shred William this whole time.

That is actually how the original Withered Foxy works in fnaf 2. A value counts up when he's in the hallway, but it pauses counting when there's a blackout.

So from what I can tell, the animatronics work like this: 1. Toy Bonnie and Toy Chica work effectively the same as they did in the original game, now much faster and far less lenient. 2. Mangle has been upgraded from vent animatronic to hall animatronic. 3. Foxy is both his original self and FNAF 2 Deluxe's modified Puppet. 4. Withered Freddy is Dreadbear from Danger! Keep Out/Creation from TJOC:SM's Attic. 5. Withered Bonnie and Withered Chica are both like Monster Rat/Monster Vinnie/Shadow Rat from FNAC3. 6. I find it weird they skipped out on Balloon Boy entirely. He's annoying, yes, but he's a crucial part of FNAF 2's gameplay loop, whether you like him or not. The puppet's obviously gone for this game's lore reasons (from what the phone guy alluded to I think last episode, Charlie was only THEN killed, so Puppet would either not exist yet or wouldn't have been possessed by the time this iteration of FNAF 2 took place), but there's zero explanation for Balloon Boy, if he even exists here. I bet if he's custom night exclusive, watch him behave exactly like his phantom version - or better yet, as Penguin/RAT from FNAC 2, forcing you to use the breakers instead of a simple jumpscare if you stare at him for too long. 7. I wonder if Golden Freddy/Yellow Bear behaves any differently, given I bet they're effectively custom night exclusive like in the OG (minus rare occurrences, obviously.)

I think the main reason BB is scrapped is because there's no battery dynamic. That's his main thing.

Both his UCN and Help Wanted appearance still disable the flashlight even when neither game have a designated battery mechanic (with UCN's taking from the main power.) I think they coulda made it work in some way. I still think the Penguin/RAT FNAC 2 thing woulda been cool to see, and add more of a reason to have to turn around and mess with the breakers.

Mangle's mech is basically if Toy Freddy was active. I wonder if they originally planned on implementing Toy Freddy, but they replaced him with Mangle because Mangle is much cooler. Also, a mech for Balloon Boy would be that he appears in the office vent looking at you in the office, and you need to put the mask on when you see him. Failing to do this would either disable your flashlight for the rest of the night, or preventing you from accessing the breaker panel. Also, Withered Freddy is NON-LETHAL in this game. When he gets to you, he just causes the office to black out for a while.

from someone who bested the game: w.freddy acts as the balloon boy. fail to stop him at cam 3 and he'll progressively advance in the hall, before jumpscaring you and forbidding you from using your cams for quite a long time. better hope foxy's in the hall and there's no varients in the custom night. it's just the normal animatronics but harder. though there's a second map now

I love that JOC basically started this over all trend of Bonnie just aggressively punching you in the face for his jumpscares whenever theyre animated. Should start callin him Bonnie the Brawler.

To be fair, he can't exactly do much else without a face. Can't headbutt or bite you as well, and the missing arm means he can't grab you as well as he should be able to. So it makes sense to me why he instead stress-tests the fragility of your face due to a lack of other options.

@@HESHRocketWarhead Actually he can. Well he does use his legs, can tackle you, instead of punching and stomp you to the ground, could use the one hand to knock you over as well. He could also grab the players skull, crush it, rip bodyparts off as if he was disassembling an endoskeleton. Hes got options using the hand or the hand and a leg without punching. This is why the punching is so special and why I believe still that TJOC actually solidified the Bonnie Punch trend.

It's harder to pull something off if you've got nothing to grip part of it with to pull it in the other direction at the same time. But thinking that JoC inspired Withered Bonnie's attack across many games is probably on the right track at the very least.

@@HESHRocketWarhead He's got fingers and is a 7 foot robot, yes, he can grip things if he can punch you. His fingers are also made of metal, made of the same material as the springlocks that can cut through flesh and crush bone, he's heavier, and has more leverage when trying to pull shouldn't be a problem for him to rip parts off. Not sure where all the pushback is coming from or what your logic is here.

Withered Bonnie and Chica are absolutely terrifying in this game. Especially Withered Chica, the way that they just come out of the vent and move around in the office is absolutely terrifying. The dev did a good job on there mechanics! Edit: Good job on Night 4 Dawko! I'm unfortunately still stuck on it lol One last thing, I'm kinda sad that Toy Freddy and BB aren't in this game. I would've loved to see what there mechanics would've been

I played this just now and beat it. I think Withered Bonnie and Chica’s glitching audios were broken when you played (maybe Roblox was stupid and took it down), because they made a very distinct screeching noise as they crawled through the vent to me when I played. Edit: nevermind the creator put in the description that they made it more obvious

I remember when Dawko and I use to get into arguments in a twitch streamer's chat back in Pokemon X & Y Days (The Twitch Streamer's name was JerianL), no worries, at least for me, I was a dumbass kid 12-13 years old, he or something happened where I believe he started to live stream, him and I started to be cool and actually inspire each other. I doubt he doesn't remember me at all, which is completely fine, homie grew so much, I wasn't like super close, but I always thought it's crazy how much you grown like 3 years ago, however, NOW! ten years is crazy to think.
