Dorothy Gale (Judy Garland) and her dog, Toto, are transported from her farm in Kansas to the magical world of Oz, where she meets Glenda the Good Witch of the North (Billie Burke). Glenda tells her that she killed the Wicked Witch of the East and is now a hero of the munchkins. Then the Wicked Witch of the West (Margaret Hamilton) threatens to kill Dorothy. Then Glenda steals the Wicked Witch of the East's ruby slippers and puts them on Dorothy. Now Dorothy has to follow the yellow brick road to meet the Great and Powerful Wizard of Oz. Along the way she meets a Scarecrow (Roy Bolger), a Tinman (Jack Haley), and a cowardly lion (Bert Lahr), who all resemble the farm hands Hunk, Zeke, and Hickory. They meet the wizard who is a fraud and wants them to kill the Wicked Witch of the West, which they do. And he pretends to give them things and then fails to take Dorothy back to Kansas. Glenda comes back and tells her to click her heels together and say there's no place like home, and the ruby slippers will take her home. Now she is back home with Auntie em and Uncle Henry where Mrs Gulch still wants to kill toto.

Every movie has its flaws and we're here to point them out. By dumbing down the script for a child, we are able to help you see that your favorite movies may have needed a bit more time in the writer's room. We hope you enjoy.
Uncle Greg has to tell his niece, Lori, a bedtime story but doesn't know any of the traditional ones. He uses his knowledge of movies, in this case, "", to deliver. His misremembering and interpretation of events seem to twist the story into parody. Lacking any form of parental skills, he fumbles through the movie forgetting sometimes that he is telling this to a child.
Please enjoy our recap of this film. Our reaction to scenes are solely based on the writing and how the plot could have been better. Plot holes are pointed out and made to be funny. We actually do like the movie.
