If he had signed with us when we had Wall and Beal healthy, that would have been a crazy big three. Other decent players would have wanted to come here. At least the pistons have a legacy they can live off of. They've won championships, had hall of fame players, mentioned in some of the biggest NBA stories of all time, they've just been a poverty franchise for a while. But the wizards have no real legacy. They're never really talked about, they haven't had any notable playoff successes or hall of fame players in a long time, and they're currently a poverty franchise with no real prospects or exciting future. At least the pistons have Cade and some other promising young guys. The wizards have NO players to develop. Kuzma and Poole are alright. Who is getting excited over alright? Just sell the team already and bring the sonics back man.

I don't understand the whole "Trade Kyle Kuzma" thing that is popping up. I think it should be mandatory for anyone who brings up that point to have to talk about what they think a fair trade would be. Kuz is clearly in over his head in the lead role in DC, but he gives high effort on a nightly basis and he is actively making his teammates better. You still absolutely trade him for the right deal, but right now he is playing like an actual star player and is on a very team favored contract so there is no reason to rush him out the door. He also seems to be a decent culture guy because he is one of the few free agents that actively wanted to be here and build here.

Eastern Conference isn't anywhere near as trash as it used to be. Philly tanked for years, got a shitload of high draft picks, including an MVP and they haven't even made it past the second round in the eastern conference. But you think the Wizards will be fine after two good draft picks? That is incredibly fucking stupid.
