Absolutely Wonderful work, your straight talking style makes you so watchable....but your lack of arrogance makes you a winner in my book. Unquestionable talent.

@@RyanCookCarvin awesome. Thanks for your answer. I cant wait it to come in slovenia, live in a small country near Italy and still they are not avaible here. We have some similar brand Villager but echo seems better.

Great piece! Thank you for the explanation. What is "rattle can"? You mentioned it when varnishing at the end? Is it some kind of Polyurethane? The surface looks glossy .

excellent job Ryan, been watching you recently since i saw the saw valley show. i think you, like all sculptors are your own harshest critic, we know the little bits that didnt meet our satisfaction. But thats just it, only we know. your work is extraordinary and you should be proud of what you have done! I and am sure alot of others really appreciate the videos you are doing and please keep them coming

The word sincerely, was created from carvers. What it meant was there was no wax and marble dust to fix or repair cracks or mistakes. In a marble statue. Lol I don't think it means that anymore . Or that it ever meant glue and sawdust in wood to repair, if it does having been a carpenter for 40 years , I have never built a sincerely your house.

Hey dude like you’re carving, I’m new to it just a question, how do you get the wood dry especially if you’re going to slab for a bench seat or back from excess cracking. Happy 😃 carving 👍🏻
@RyanCookCarvin
@RyanCookCarvin 4 жыл бұрын
u can have it kiln dried but if its green it takes time I always just tell people that its wood and it cracks but i also look at the wood before and try to use wood that doesn't have checks in it .. also if its green tell the clients to keep in shaded area for a while that is well ventilated like under a tree and let it dry slow as it can
