This was wildly helpful. We were trying to decide between the two, and now understand that they are two completely different appliances. Thank you!

Thank you for saying this. That comment is the reason I made this video. ☺️

Thanks! Just chose the gas version myself. I didn't want to run a new 220 line and it will be used as an "I need more oven space" choice over my current stove top. I wish the grates were the same, but when I tried them they fit idetically (Gas version are heavy monsters). On the DF, there is no way to tell the different BTU on the higher levels, all burner caps are the same size. Yes, I'd forget.... Wish me luck!

What color are the bezel and knob in the dual fuel?

Would love to see a review of the blues star dual fuel with the new sealed x8 burner

We’re a little reluctant to bring in and actively support a first generation product like the BlueStar Dual Fuel Range. That being said, I’d love to get my hands on one. I really dig the styling and the overall potential for this series. I tend to give newer products like these about 18 to 24 months before I start recommending them to clients.

could you do a review of fisher paykel's larger format combi steam ovens? (24"x24") they look great, but there's so little info/reviews of them online.

I’m super excited to see one of these but I believe they’re not yet available for shipping. I wasn’t even able to find a use and care guide on their website.

Wolf well made, solid and beautiful.

How do you get it without the red knobs?
@appliancesexplained3 ай бұрын
Technically, you don’t. The Range automatically ships with Red Knobs in the box. When the dealer places the order, they’ll be able get an additional set of knobs in a different color or finish at no additional cost.

What color are the knobs on the dual fuel?

It’s a new Brushed Brass option that they just introduced. www.subzero-wolf.com/store/replacements-add-ons/wolf/knobs/48-and-60-dual-fuel-brushed-brass-knobs They look a little more bronze to me though. 🤷🏻♂️

Which is better, BlueStar or Wolf?
@appliancesexplained4 ай бұрын
It depends on your needs... For myself, I'd want the BlueStar Burners with the Wolf's Electric Convection Oven. ; )

Had to trash my 11 year old thermador 48” bc IRREPARABLE electronics. No way am I going to add more electronic mumbo jumbo to my oven this time. Give me reliable gas oven without the nonsense. I think the gas is way more “high end” in value.

Trouble shooting

Wolf Ranges are so overrated, in my opinion. If you do some "homework," you will definitely find some better options available.

I can't say I'm a fan of the burner design but I do like the oven in the dual fuel. Where would you spend your money?
@michaelkagan69109 ай бұрын
@jthilf I personally have no interest in a dual fuel range, I only like/ want all gas and Wolf's all gas has 1 9K burner and the rest are 15K. No verity. So with that said, I WILL be spending my money on a Bluestar Platinum range within the next couple of months.
