What a kind hearted soul she is! God bless her abundantly! Not many in this world dedicate their time to such adorable creatures. She gives me inspiration, I wish to be a person who helps animals as well, the way she does. In fact if I have huge resources I will definitely utilise them for the well being of such animals.

In Vietnam, I think they have medication for this sarcoptic mange. My dog had been suffered this disease once, and I only got him one injection, then all gone. His condition improved a lot. I still remember the name of those medication: Pharmectin, and bivermectin. If anyone know Donna, please pass her this comment. Hope I could help.

We use herbal madre de cacao on mange and it kills the parasites but you have to use it every day until the mange mites die. Chemicals are not as effective compared to madre de cacao and it is very safe but I live in the Philippines where we can easily buy products with madre de cacao or boil leaves from madre de cacao leaves. The West keeps using chemicals that are toxic.

I was thinking the same thing about the government officials. You are just selfish individuals who sit at a desk that make detrimental decisions without actual experience. Go WORK with Donna for a week and see what actually goes on in the rescue world instead of speaking on their behalf. I doubt you'd last a day. Donna, I just want you to know you are incredible, and so very heard/seen by me. Thank you for letting us into your world and for teaching us about Wombats. The genuine love you have for wombats is inspirational, and all of us could learn so much about compassion and resilience through your example.

Only a demented soul would kill an animal for fun. Some people are so sick in the head, they don't deserve to be on this earth. Only humans hurt other living creatures for their own deranged pleasure. Donna, thankyou for all that you do for the wombat population 💖 You are a true Angel on this Earth. Mange. In USA, often sulfur is added into animal feed to combat mange, and seems to help keep them from getting too many fleas also. When I was young, living in a rural area of Florida, our cats would get mange, and we'd use mineral oil or cooking oil, mixed with sulfur and rubbed into the mange area. Cats would then ingest some of the sulfur when licking themselves too. It worked for the cats. Maybe would work for wombats too.
