i love the fact theyre using old equipment. This is where products show if theyre actually durable. and not the yearly fuss where you need a new bike. good for the environment too!

100% agree. I think seeing what the smaller teams use and get by on yer on year definatly shows what is hardwearing yet good enough to race on. - Dave

yes, but some of those Mendiz bikes on the eneicat team can really use some TLC, the lower tier women team are probably super strapped for cash tho.

Hi. I don't say I haven't heard of the brand. I just haven't dug deep in to them. Hench why I say I will reach out to them (and have since). On the other had the Italian brand prior to the Wintech bikes I hadn't come across before. Hope that clears things up. - Dave

They last longer and are less susceptible to damages, riders don't have a team car following them when they're training at home so they need more robust material

Is that a serious question? Some of these teams obviously have rather limited budgets. So why would they need much more expensive carbon wheels for training?
