@ashiks4493- I don’t think that the comment was meant to justify cheating. Yes, Ed is a great man and he does not deserve to get cheated on, but Madeline made a terrible mistake only one time. She’s always felt guilty about it and she never cheated again. Also, it’s not like Madeline got off the hook for her infidelity or that Ed was so eagerly forgiving, she was punished for her infidelity by Ed, and she had to regain his trust back to prove to him how much she loves him and how regretful she was for hurting him. My point being, people are not perfect, but no one should forever be defined by their past actions. I think people deserve a second chance if they’re genuinely remorseful and are willing to learn from their past mistakes and putting in the effort to rectify to those who’ve been hurt!

I mean, I don't think there's ever been someone who's gotten that close to me... without a, you know... calamity occurring. I'm not really... not really sure what happens at one centimeter away... 'cause it's my first time. I don't really understand it either. Seriously. But in the flow of calamity... there's nobody who can attack me. Not a single person. That, I know for sure. Wonder of U.
