The demo disc that my parents had with our PS1 was Jampack Vol. 1, before we ended up losing it and moved out of our previous house. We still couldn't find it after moving out.

It’s a very good idea to watch this video and every subsequent one in order of when they came out(you’ve already done baby games so you can skip that). From the “24 worst videos” one up until the PS5 video theres a fun little “story arc” that won’t be nearly as funny if you watch em out of order. Just lettin ya know. 👍

The most interesting thing about some demos is they sometimes show early designs and writing drafts and even content that was removed in the final version of the game. Would honestly love you did some oddheader videos as he covered some of them.

When I was in middle school, one of the fundraisers we had to do was magazine sales... and one of the magazines they had us sell was the Playstation Magazine, which came with the demo disks. It was the only purchase I made at the fundraiser and it was for myself.

My first games on the PS2 (it was also my first console to own, though my mom and pops had a PS1 but decided to give that away to my cousin overseas since I was a toddler back then) was Sonic Heroes and Jampack Vol. 13. If it weren't for Jampack, I wouldn't have the big 3 PlayStation heroes growing up with that era of Jak & Daxter, Ratchet & Clank, and Sly Cooper. It had Jak X, Ratchet Deadlocked and Sly 3 and got me hooked into playing their respective trilogies. PS2 will forever be the best era of gaming for me!

Playstation underground disc's were the first exposure to demos. The disks I had introduced me to Soul Reaver: Legend of Cain, Medievil, Tiny Tank, Cool Boaders 3, and even though I had it Spyro 1

Diskworld Noir was an interesting one as it was it was very.......ahead of the diskworld's tech/setting as you play Ankh-Morpork's very first private detective complete with trenchcoat and an a trilby that always cast a shadow of the characters eyes regardless of light sources (must be a magic item XD ) and as you might have guessed by the games name it is done in the classic 1920 Noir style complete with the MC narrating events and inner monologues.

I had a demo disc where I discovered one of my favorite games on the ps2 called darkwatch and others like king arthur. There was also one demo I played that I really want to find I think it was a turn based rpg where you and your party were stranded on an island and had to build a raft to get off it while fighting various enemies like crabs and others I can't remember, but one character that stood out to me was a cat boy.

For me I’m most excited for epic Mickey Rebrushed which I had to preorder yes I know there might be some issues on it being like SpongeBob battle for bikini bottom remastered but to be honest I love them game far too much it was my childhood and since the Wii can’t put on the old epic Mickey anymore because of obvious reasons I’m stoked to play this game again after fourteen years
