Thank you. Great summary. Having driven the A38 fairly regularly, I have always wondered where the extreme weather comes from. One of the most dangerous roads in the UK! On the south east edge of Dartmoor. Wild rain, driving through clouds, pools of water on road from hilly farms. Properly extreme for England. Beautiful part of the world though.
