The woodlands is so perfect and great in so many ways and if you don’t want outside space it might be a perfect fit, but I have not seen one house with even a decent yard. This one actually has more than most but still only has a pool. Not actual yard. And about 98% don’t have a field across from them. I’d even bet houses (like 20 of them) are packed on it in the next 5 years or less.

Hey Allyson , thanks for the comment. Yes some of the builder set back lines in The Woodlands are further back to preserve trees in the front yard. Downside is, it make the backyard smaller.. any park or green space in the woodlands will never be built on.

Still don’t understand the fascination with fire places in an area that gets so much warm weather. How many necks have to be “crooked” and how many images of TVs over fireplaces do builders need to see before getting the picture? 😂 Heeeellllooooo if you’re going to put a fireplace in, don’t put it where someone would logically place their TV. Is it just me?

It gets plenty cold here for a fireplace inside and out. We have at least 3 months it would be usable.

There’s a few days a year we got to use the tv. If you look on the right side of the fire place there an opening for a tv, but now tv’s have gotten so large they don’t fit and people mount them above the mantle.
