Excellent sheep device. You could also use one of them to do weather forecasting. Just tie it up outside - if it's dry then the weather is sunny, if it's wet then it's raining and if it's gone then someone's nicked it.

Observation Two: the modular nature of the lab is proving useful. I foresee that most of the mountain will become part of experimental facilities! The fascination with sheep that Zedaph has shown in the past has happily transferred to this season! He's constructed a wall of colorful sheep to indicate the progress of his other machinations. There's an added bonus of wool-gathering. Never mind the levitation... nothing to see here! The iron mountain should come in handy for future experiments on the local population. I see that Xisuma has donated to the cause of science as well. We had anticipated a cooperation of some nature due to X's curious mind and have not been disappointed. The only question remaining is this: are those sheep... looking at me?

In case you haven't already figured out a way to power the stair piston: note block above the piston, solid block to the right of the note block, with an observer powering the solid block. You'll have to double-trigger the observer to push the stair out and bring it back in, but it fits! You can also increase grass-spreading speed by turning the solid block on the other side of that piston into a glass block and putting grass under it.

Sometimes Zedaph asks himself what the purpose of a contraption he builds is. But other times he makes a warning light contraption and then gets distracted by the sheep he is using for the contraption and makes it into an inefficient woolfarm aswell. And thats what I love about your videos and your style in general. It's not the most efficient cookie cutter redstone but it's querky and unique and one of the reasons i love your content so much. Keep up the great work

It’s a shame the grass is necessary because a completely uniform white wall of levitating sheep was so much more silly and fun. Couldn’t you have the grass get pulled out of the way and replaced with a white block when not in use? I know the redstone would be a nightmare but… possible?

Don't think that would be scalable in this small space. I mean, the concept of block switching isn't new and it's definitely doable, but it's space consuming. The pistons themselves would barely have the needed space, let alone all the redstone needed for that. It's cramped without block switching already.

I have an idea for a different wool wall design. My design would make it so you couldn’t turn the wall into a wool farm. You would make the wall so when the melons and pumpkins fill up the wall will pop out grass block under the orange sheep and it will grow orange wool while the other sheep are sheared. It is much more noticeable than slight bobbing back and forth.

All those cauldrons got me thinking. It's a huge setup to capture something from the sky, and is mostly a dark color. The other thing I know of that does that is a solar array. Now, if I approximate a generalization of science: sun power is moving photons, and things that are moving are hot. Snow, is cold, which is the opposite of hot. So you've created the opposite of a solar array, a Snowlar Array, if you will. What does this create? Anti-energy? Will it drain your phone if you plug it in? What possibilities does this hold? :0

You could fit in a 17th indicator by having a sheep that never has wool. Then, if you could put up with the noise, you could double your capacity to 34 by having variants of the existing sheep named Dinnerbone. Finally, fit in a 35th indicator with a jeb_ sheep. And then you can start working on using other animals...
