Amen brother. When it says that the word of God discerns our thoughts and the intentions of the heart, it means that it separates the thoughts that we mean with the heart and the evil thoughts ?

He knows what has eternal weight and what does not. God's discernment cuts deeper and views our intentions and motives behind our thoughts and heart. He looks at the internal, not just the external. Hope that helps!
