Darkness is not the opposite of light, but the womb of night. John leads by resting in silence. We are his followers, not because anyone is going anywhere, but because we are filled with gratitude. Thank you, John.

By moving in and out of our inner light and darkness, over and over again, we are attuned to the order of nature: the rhythm of day and night, of summer and winter, is repeated in our breathing, heartbeat, and spiritual work. All is well. “If Winter comes, can Spring be far behind?” Thank you John and Phil for yet another insightful video.

Some very wise words brother... We are not that which is in the mirror... We cannot see light only illumination... We play in the white light from the invisible pure light of Love... 1 love... 🙏❤

This seems to be so common. Sobering is a good way to put it. Some don't even realise while they are wondering the mire, that they are infact in darkness. Some just attempt to speed through it, in the hope the scenery may change. Others are paralysed by it. How sobering it is to realise perspective is everything. I am who I am, I will be so, even as I feel I'm being pulled away from myself.

I love the stillness space that fills my front room. The same space held my mum & dad when they was alive, that gives me some comfort. I wonder if I will ever see my mum & dad again. That's all I care about

John reminds me of a period man of olden times - someone from the archives of history. He’s quite learned in this topic.

So which comes first, the letting go or the experience of the light?Because it strikes me that if you first have to let go of the devil you at least know, you could be in no man's land if this light dosen't hasten your way pretty quickly. This is why I think regular meditation with its gradual reconditioning of the conditioned ego is preferable to the nearly always destabalised conditions that seem to follow the persuit of more extreme practices. Some may beg to differ.Their perogative✌️
