That is so nice of them to lend you a bike to get home.

Yes It really was. I’m not sure if they use to do that, but one of the repairs was type of, “recall”. Not a real recall but one head gasket was leaking oil after the 20000km service. Maybe they lend me the bike as a compensation 🤔(I didn’t have to pay for that part of the repair of course).

Absolutely there’s a lot of different type of joy and feelings in all types of machines. Maybe you can say that different type off machines are built to boost different types of feelings. Some are made to boost the feeling of speed riding, som to boost the feeling of be able to take different paths an explore what’s behind next corner. Some bikes are made to boost the feeling of riding a large group together and so on. You have it all in all bikes but some are better for a certain purpose than others 🤩

Big difference from an adventure bike that’s for sure! I’ve owned one for a year now and yes, she wants to Run. All of the time!

Really great bike, but not my type of bike. I hade some “cruisers” before but Adventure Bikes are definitely my type of bike 🤩 What type off bike did you own and what do you prefer to ride?

first reactions you had were the same as mine when i test rode it. i was riding a nc750x for a couple weeks after getting my license, test rode this and it felt like i was on a mini supermoto. i signed for purchase then and there and in love it more and more now that i have it for abt a month

The NC750x looks like a great bike. I have never tested any Honda. But it would be nice to test one. My friend Jeremy, in Norway has a Honda I think it’s a NC 750 🤩

Well done! I love the swedish swearing and comments when you ride of with the yamaha 😄 Looks like a fun bike tho.

Those swearing came from the heart 😂 I was nervous and was afraid that I should “crash and burn” before I reached the first roundabout. One of the swearing I actually learned from a norwegian 🤩. The technician started with my bike the day after, then he got sick and had to leave. So I had the bike from thursday evening to wednesday evening and took it to work two times so I got used to it. It wasn’t my type of bike at all. But definitely a really nice bike for those who are in to sportier bikes. It’s practically “the same” bike as MT09 so it definitely has more potential than I can handle 🤩

You did well to ride the bike home safely with your Adventure boots. It shows how we use gear that suits the bike we own ourselves . Not sure i could ride a bike without a screen anymore .I'm sure you got into the ice cream when you got home after the ride home on the Yamaha ,as a reward to yourself lol . .

Thanks 🙏 Yes it was a real adventure to test it. It really felt different, like sitting directly on the front wheel or on a ball bearings. It reacted really fast on ever movement on the handlebar, not as forgiving as my 750 GS. And even though the screen is small on the 750 it gives some protection for wind. This really was a naked bike. And as you said, we “need” to ware different clothes for different type of riding. The textile trousers are to wide and flappy for this bike and adventure boots are to stiff. With another boot and leather pants stuffed inside the boots the ride would felt much smother. On my Yamaha Bolt I ware boots with bootlaces. When using those boots on the 750 those bootlaces get stuck in the side stand. I was really close to fell over once because I couldn’t get my foot to the ground 😳

I bet you were glad to get your own bike back. 😂

Yea I really was. of all bikes I have tested so far, I like my own bike best. That’s nice to know. 🤩 of course it partly depends on that I’m used to that bike and I can probably get just as used in another bike 🤔 but neither less i’m really pleased with my bike 🤩
