@@roccociccone597 I don't think it's totally Spalletti's fault, he clearly didn't understand shit in every match we played, but surely the mindset of the players didn't help at all. Apart from few exceptions like donnarumma, chiesa, calafiori or zaccagni, all the players didn't seem to have neither faith nor will to win the games. This national team has been a disappointment under many aspects.

Soakletti’s archaic rules probably killed the will of the players and any motivation they brought. I think that’s what happened. Because in their respective clubs these players are pretty darn good and usually don’t have motivational problems. You’d be surprised how much the coach can change a team. @@regrubcivals2954 players attitude is a reflection of the coach, a great coach instills inspiration and drive to the players , spalletti failed to do that and on top of that kept playing the players on wrong positions with wrong formation and favorizing di lorenzo who was abysmal instead of bellanova or even darmian (which also got played in his wrong position)

I was hoping someone would do a sort of regional or continental cup. Like let’s take regions like Scandinavia for instance where each team can only draft say 7 players max from each country and try to make the best squad out of it as it competes with other regions. I know this can get politically murky, like North and South Korea or even worse right now with Russia Ukraine. But I think someone could find a sensitive way to pull it off.

Headcoach of the 15 years old and assistent coach to the 16 years old. Anyway. if u ever feel like u dont know what save to start next, it would be fun to see you start one in the swedish 2nd div. and take IFK skövde all the way to europa leauge. Fm 24 is actually the first year IFK Skövde made their way in to fm. and as of now we are leading the leauge and are set to be promoted if we keep it up the rest of the season.

The problem with tournaments in FM is the way it handles fatigue. By the end of any World Cup, the B team will probably end up playing in most simulations. If I was creating any custom tournament, I'd give a healthy gap between matches.
