I think it's because I put in every country I'm FIFA ranking order. So the wheel was in FIFA ranking order, so every time it landed on a country like 150 in the rankings all the countries around it were also low ranked. Need to randomise it next time for more tension

Just as an idea in case you wanted to do this again at any point, if you grouped countries into 5-10 based on fifa ranking it would mean you could remove multiple stinkers at once when you pull them, and stop you getting too powerful a team of all top league players. Thisll mean you get a good mix of wonderkids from more rare nations and solid wonderkids from the usual suspects. Would be an easy idea to transfer into a draft style competition you could do with other streamers, if you break down the list and do an individual wheel per 5-10 countries you can draw countries that each streamer each gets to pick a wonderkid from. Everyone will have a set of players all from different countries and all different from each other, and it'll be a good mix of good and not so good players. I know youd have to build it all through the editor but im pretty sure it'd absolutely bang, the community have been craving some colabs since the showdown has been gone so long.

Another fun experiment! I wished you had gotten Esposito from Italy as he(and the other Espositos) are some of my favourite youngest in FM. But I understand why you didn't. If you redo this experiment, can you start from Ligue 2 with a team with max facilities instead of the Premier League? The raise to glory is more epic that way.

NICEEEE, there were some good other options available also: Fayzullaev - 2003, plays for CSKA, Urinboev - 2005, played for Brentford B on a loan, Mirzaev - 2007, will compete his move to Leganes soon, hope they all become amazing players in the future.

My pick from Italy would have been Francesco Camarda. I recommend looking at his performance at the U-17 Euro a few months ago. Italy won it all, absolutely crushing Portugal with a dominant 3-0 victory in the final, which included a brace by Camarda. He very deservedly earned the Player of the Tournament award. He is the real deal!
