In October 2022 , I had an experience that I struggle to explain. I was everything at once and it felt more familiar than my usual awareness. I am not a spiritual person at all. As a matter of fact I have been very cynical toward the whole topic. For me it happened after years of chronic pain. It does feel like there is something changing/ moving though.

The exalted Lord Shiva… i have seen him. The pineal gland truly is his gift to us. It was after a very difficult kundalini yoga session. He showed me the Atma in all of my neighbors. A true blessing. Edit: common misconception that the Ajña is associated with the pineal. It kind of is but only really as a bridge to it. The Ajña is the pituitary gland. Pineal is the Sahaśrara.
