Thank you for putting this into words, Phil. The human experience seems so frenzied lately, yes it is mania.

When I go out into the world, I am SO GLAD to come home into my own solitary, QUIET , centered energy. When I go out, sometimes I talk and play with the servers. I like to make people laugh. But, I dislike it when people steamroller me (talk over me when I've just said 1/4 of the sentence). I give my entire attention when I listen to them, and it takes a LOT of energy, so I'd rather NOT spend my energy anymore with "relationships" that are not going anywheres. My new rule, don't invest in "relationships" that haven't invested in you". And "don't sow seeds in concrete", talking to people who could care less.

Speaking from the heart, that got to me... No one and I mean no one seams to hear me when I do... But when I'm still and at peace they ask me what's wrong... I believe that's proves your sooo right on this, people are so used to all the mindless blabbering that they don't know what to do with genuine love filled conversation or sillence... It's all just too sad... Keep spreading the truth, mankind needs it desperately... Thank you Phil..... ❤

I have been really becoming aware of this part of myself A LOT lately. I have been getting so triggered or manic when I watch the news or discuss certain family members with my Dad. It's so hard to break the cycle but I'm not giving up! Thanks for the reminder Phil! ❤❤ Peace, Love and Blessings be with you and your loved ones!

I had a similar experience. For whatever reason I was in a high state of awareness, and was literally in front of people complaining about other people but I could see how it was almost this nervous habit and how easily I could have left my centre and joined in

I have been trying to be less judgmental. This is huge. Every time I speak to someone it’s about bashing someone else. This is hard to hear but we are all guilty of this. It takes special effort to stop doing this. Your messages always resonate.

I’m with you on this journey. I am actively trying to practise non-judgement. I find that it has to be continually monitored as I fall into it so easily. To be more conscious of what we say and think is a commitment and please don’t despair if you feel you’re not making much headway as I am in the same boat. But at least we are trying and I can pledge now that I will keep trying 🥲🩵🕊️🙏🏽

I agree a 100%. But I do believe the exception is when you've been severely hurt, when you've had knives stabbed in your heart repeatedly. By people you thought were your friends and the people you love. Then it's really hard to let that go. I think it's a healing process and it may take months. To get out of the loop of repeating, what was done to you. The heart needs to heal. I'm isolating!❤

I’ve been through the same experience. Severely emotionally, psychologically and even physically traumatised in my life and it’s been a long one so far at 69 but the attacks and abuse keeps on coming! I actually am astounded at how it can come out of nowhere from friends and family even now at my age. I’ve realised that if I’m alive, it will keep happening but it makes me so much more appreciative of the peace and quiet and the times when I can just be and not be in the firing line of abuse. I have retreated many times in my life and healed in all sorts of ways through all types of methods. Reiki has always been something that helps. Depending on the practitioner of course. I’ve had to take anti depressants a couple of times to curb the suicide ideation. Healing massage and body work also. Ortho-Bionomy and Somatic therapy has helped as well. I value my own quiet space and my own company the most now, whereas I was always seeking connection. Now I just want to connect with myself and continue to learn how to love and care for myself. I’m fortunate that I am retired now and can spend my time just “Being”……..I don’t put any pressure on myself to “Do” anything. I just live from one moment to next like a “dot” as Phil used to say. Sending love and comfort for your healing time with yourself 🩵🩵🩵🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽

@debrajorgensen2730 I'm so sorry for all of your pain. As well, it seems that some of us just feel too much, and we are pure of heart. And that gives others permission, I guess, to walk all over us. It's been my lesson so far through my life of being betrayed and hurt by those that I love - is that every time I think my boundaries are tougher, they just need to get tougher and tougher. Thank you so much for your words of support. And healing ideas. Good luck to the both of us.❤️‍🩹🙏🌹

I don’t always agree with what you say ….your expression ….however intuitively this is so resonant to me right now ….ive spent so much time in solitude ….then back around others I get swept into speaking way too much …often interrupting to regurgitate my take on a situation ….then make a commitment repeatedly to not get caught in the trap of this mania but it’s like analytical purge of whatever I feel the need to say …so yes …I too believe my healthier life of solitude can maybe go so extreme that I feel the need to over do it when I have conversations 😂😂😂😂 still so much work to do ….mindful …& imperfect …just open to learn more of this bizarre time in the universe 🌟Thankyou ..stay blessed xx

This is so true! And I always try to tell my teenager son to be aware of what he’s saying and he calls me out once in a while. I used to talk over or interrupt and I have worked so hard on not doing this. Sometimes it still happens but I am aware and can stop myself now.❤😊

This is so needed for me right now. I can not take it anymore. I have a friend who repeats the same stories to me over and over I know the stories so well I have started to interupt them and continue on with the story for them. Yesterday I told them they have to think about their past and retrieve some new stories as I know all the ones they repeated the last 4 years. Wonder what is hiding in the chapters of life we don't talk about repeatedly.

Hi Phil. I watched your videos for a few years now, and what strikes me is that the moments I do, you just say exactly what I need to hear ay that specific moment. You are a wonderful human being and doing such a great job, with us all, the listeners. It 's just amazing and it fills my heart because I realize, that we all are connected in this special way. Me living in Holland, but when you speak you reach my heart , it has no time and distance what you make happen to make your videos, and you helped me a lot. I just stepped out of a relationship with a full narcissist, and my life can now flow again. You had a part in getting stronger so I could make this decision sooner then I would not have watched you. I want to thank you so much. Phil Good and I feel so good!!! I love you too❤

Thank you Phil. You put to words what I've been feeling within a friendship. I've been withdrawing my energy from the friendship because my mental health has been off & I feel my body, mind & Soul is asking for solitude & to focus on myself & my kiddos. I've needed to practice a lot of self care & slowing down. And in doing so, I'm seeing more clearly what needs to shift in my life. Not sure about the friendship at this point but I know for sure that I need to take care of me consistently & conciously moving forward. I appreciate your guidance sooo very much. Thank youuuu for being so beautifully you Phil.

Phil, I hear you so loud and clear. I am in a very difficult situation right now. I am not sure how to handle it and I so desperately need someone who believes the same way I do. I believe we are powerful creators and that we cocreate our reality. I don't think we can pay attention to our current reality when we are manifesting a miracle. I am do my best to persist in my knowing that love is all there is. God can and does change things that look very grim in an instant. I need some support on this, can you offer your thoughts, please?

Put into words! This is incredible insight. 🤍🤍🤍🤍🩵 when I was in a super super high vibration place around 2009 I was doing this. And I thought hm, that’s interesting - just intuitively stopped talking so much unless it was really important. I would literally just stop myself as I was about to say a sentence and think that’s not necessary to even speak. Then big events happened and I kind of stopped that practice and I am so grateful you just brought this up because this is the reminder, that feels really good to hear
