I watched similar action at school PTA meetings to "decide what parents want this new school to be" it was run by an aggressive "new principal " Trained at STANFORD U...AN INTERNATIONAL. If the attendants feel as school children, is because of the Changes they want to make. They don't want to accept what's written, my words will never change. God's Words can't be changed or modified. Have the Jewish Patriac talk about or insinuate the possibility of making changes to the Scriptures? Then, why must the church that Christ formed, should make those modern changes, to please their own desires and sinful ways of living? Women becoming a Deacons, do they know that if they are single and become Deacon, they can't marry and they can only preach the Word. Isn't that being done now? They preach the word, without being a Deacon, single or married. What's the problem? It's a selfish means to win over God's wishes and not wining over Men. The so called, Women Liberation, but actually is a rebellion against the opposite sex. There is not an actual action or concern of Faith, just a senseless battle of sexes. Let's be intelligent and realize Women Liberation goes so far, doesn't have a place in religion, at least in the Catholic Church. These are my opinions.

Arroyo is right- looking back to the 70s. The pope handed copies of the Pact of the Catacombs to synod members. The Pact, given to Council (Vat. II members originally, after Mass at the catacombs.) The Pact basically affirms Liberation Theology.

What is a little surprising about the push for ordination of women to the diaconate at this synod? There has been so much pressure for this very thing since the end of the Vatican Ii? I have read at least three books and countless articles since then that supper the question of female ordination. This whole question should never have been allowed to be discussed. Popes John Paul II and Benedict XVI should have clarified the matter as unacceptable in a definitive papal statement. I wonder what the total financial cost of this synod is for the Church worldwide. Surely some of that money should be going to missions, to victims of terrible disasters (in the US alone we have the East Palestine disaster, or the recent fires in WLahina; or to help those in Southeqst Chinese after the dévastons floods following the recent hurricane, or any dozen other tragedies? Or could it not go to schools, hospitals, nursing homes, and other charities. This synod is inspired by Satan to further divide the Church. The only consolation is Mary’s promise that in the end her Immaculate Heart will triumph. This pope is poorly educated, and possessed of too high an opinion of himself. Pray for him frequently every day that he will come to his senses.

Someone who ought "to change" is Bergoglio and re-set his sights in Our Lord Jesus Christ. And... Bergoglio should cease attempting to lead the Faithful over the cliff - that way leads to perdition.....IMO
