Recipe and ingredients:
Hello, welcome to my channel.
400 ml of warm water.
30 ml of milk.
Add 1 tablespoon of sugar and 8 g of yeast.
Stir thoroughly until the yeast is completely dissolved.
Let our mixture stand for 10 minutes.
Add 700 g of wheat flour to another cup.
1.5 teaspoons of salt.
Mix well.
Make a small depression.
Pour the finished mixture into our main bowl.
And now a little secret method! Add 1 tbsp. 9% vinegar.
60 ml of olive oil.
Mix all the ingredients thoroughly until a homogeneous mass is formed.
The addition of vinegar gives the dough porosity and airiness.
