In my experience an honestly good pizza maker with great pizza lets the pizza do the talking. This guy upsells too much. I know its a KZbin video but I wouldn't get pizza from this guy.

If you order it and it’s delivered that have to cut it in the box which means there are four walls blocking a full cut so sometimes my pizzas that I cut I can’t get all the way in there but if it’s dine in pizza then it gets cut all the way

it really depends. some places I like soft some crisp. like jet Pizza if the crust is crispy its amazing, but a little Ceasars soft fluffy crust tastes just like the breadsticks and it's also amazing.
