One thing I've noticed traveling Central American locations were not problems with the actual locals but the traveling campers/surfers that were the ones that you had to watch out for stealing and just giving a bad name for other respectful traveling surfers A bit off topic but I had to mention it Treat people how you want to be treated Thanks for sharing as always my friend Be well and Safe travels 👍🤙

Prices at El Tunco have gone up exponentially, though. Papaya lodge is around 100$ per night and no available rooms for months

Really!? You can still find shared dorm rooms there for less than $20?

Just a pedantic correction, Mexico is part of the North American continent, south is Central to Panama, then is South. Great video though, thanks

Hi mate!! Did I say Mexico was in South America?? I think North America is until Panama, then South America starts in Colombia?

hear the wifi in puerto is really bad and only selina has decent wifi, is that treu? Im looking foward to visit and work from there but as a video editor i need good wifi to download and mostly upload videos, will i find it too mucho of a hassle there? ps: is it the same for el tunco?
@kevinvictor9116 ай бұрын
Depsire the cold water, outside of Hawaii Santa Cruz is best surf town in the US.
@KnotchiGaming6 ай бұрын
San Diego is def the best. more variety of waves, better weather, better beach culture, better surf shops, etc.
@kevinvictor9116 ай бұрын
@@KnotchiGaming Maybe North Country, La Jolla to oceanside not whole city. North County I would rank as number 2 only because Santa Cruz is more consistent. Both have variety but I think Santa Cruz has more point breaks in shorter distance also the surrounding nature is nicer.

Is it difficult traveling/surfing in Brazil if you don’t speak much Portuguese?
@robertojamesramsay84836 ай бұрын
I live in Brazil and can affirm that it might be difficult if you don't speak Portuguese but English is the first language that middle/upper classes learn. Generally speaking, Brazilians are very friendly and willing to help.
