My best friend is originally from Mexico. Her mother is from the US. She has told me so many stories of when she was a child living in Mexico, near Alcopoco. I hope to travel with her there someday. Looks like a beautiful trip.

My brother got married here over the Dia De Los Muertos holiday and it was one of the most amazing experiences I have ever had!! They did a wedding parade with a donkey carrying tequila and everyone wore a shot glass around their neck! I wonder if it was the same donkey! lol This video has left me dying to get back there!
