Gardeners Rule of Slugs.....If it's black, put it back. If it's brown, put it down (kill it). A pal of mine once tried to 'gross us out' by swallowing a big black slug. He vomited most of the night and was dry retching the next morning. Clearly Dartmoor slugs are more palatable than Brecon Beacon slugs.

Excellent informative video. If you stroke the black slugs on the back until they shrink up into a ball, they sway from side to side. I tried it and it works!

Yep, it's me playing! The little 'theme' riff is from Bert Jansch's 'Build Another Band' (it's played super slowly in this particular video as an obscure joke about slugs)

Yeah - great tune! I believe Davey Graham taught it to Bert Jansch who then taught it to Paul Simon. What a lineage of incredible guitar players!
