I had that exact same thought! I rescued a kitten from a parking lot once. I couldn't keep her (allergies), but until I found her a good home, I had her at my apartment. She used to love to hide under the bed and attack my feet as I passed. I could only imagine what she could've done if she'd been able to attack me from above!

Love it. I'm going to make my 2 rescues a kitty castle. I love cats, can't get enough of them.Big cats, small cats, skinny cats,fat cats, cat faces pillows, everything feline. But the castle in this video needs to be sturdier. I will make one with 3 or 4 ply cardboard, and wood would be nice , but a thin plywood type, strong but nothing that would weigh a ton. Put in some covered pieces of memory foam & little blankies. Hang some tiny jingle bells. The whole shebang.

love this video... just something i learned with cats is if you adopt a kitten or cat, be touchy feely with them especially on their faces. they'll get use to you and will let u clean their eyes and nose. my cat let me pick her nose and dig in her eyes from the trust I've showed her. i feel so sad when i see a animal face thats not kempt by its owner. 🙂🙂🙂

My parents cat (in the picture, I lived with them since she was a kitten and I've moved out now) loved the outdoors but sadly other cats would attack her then a dog moved in next door that kept chasing her. She'll only go out either very early or very late (she knows his bed routine now haha). I think a catio that she could sit in a high place on would be perfect for her but sadly my parents would never go for it. Ah never mind. She has my old room to herself now in the daytime. My chair (in chair form) is hers. Someone elp the castle lady build a better, stronger castle for her kitties! Also btw space stations are also great for cats. I talk from personal experience. Love the last woman's work. Moar I tell ya, MOAR.

Catio is such a good and underrated idea. Rather than irresponsibly letting them run around to kill native wildlife or get killed by coyotes or birds of prey, they can be comfortably happy and safe outside without bothering other animals or people
